Dedicated to empowering communities and creating lasting change, Hope for Ukraine’s Grant Program provides financial support to U.S. and international nonprofits serving those impacted by war. Funding requests are reviewed on a rolling basis. We partner with organizations that share our mission and values—committed to delivering humanitarian relief, rebuilding lives, and bringing hope to families in need across Ukraine and around the world.
Grant Request
To be considered for a grant from Hope for Ukraine’s Regrant Program, organizations must first submit an online Letter of Intent (LOI) through the form below. The LOI should not exceed three pages in length and serves as the first step in our grant process. Only selected applicants will be invited to submit a full grant proposal. Grants are reviewed and awarded on a rolling basis throughout the year.
To be eligible, your organization must:
Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit or an international organization with government-recognized nonprofit status and proof of registration. Have been actively operating for at least one fiscal year with supporting tax or financial documentation. Have a mission aligned with Hope for Ukraine’s commitment to providing humanitarian relief, community resilience, and support for displaced families.
Please note that we do not provide funding for:
Individuals seeking funds for personal, business, or private use. Start-up costs for new nonprofits, businesses, or groups. Organizations whose mission falls outside of our humanitarian and community support focus areas.
What happens after submission?
Once submitted, the online Letter of Intent (LOI) will be reviewed by Hope for Ukraine’s Grants Committee. Approved organizations will be notified by email and invited to complete a full grant application, which includes detailed instructions and a submission deadline. All funding recommendations are reviewed and approved by Hope for Ukraine’s Board of Directors. If your organization’s Letter of Intent is not accepted, you may reapply for consideration in the next funding cycle.
